Returns & Exchanges

At Giordano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Giordano account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags and packaging into a secure shipping box, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 7-10 business days.
